Next up on the Dark Imperium challenge. The Hellblasters. I managed to work on these, and the Intercessors at the same time. Cutting a few corners. but able to keep the standard as high as I would like.
Next up, Inceptors!
I have set myself the challenge of finishing off the Dark Imperium set before the new Indomitus box set comes out. This is the second squad of Intercessors, the squad of Hellblasters will be very soon after these!
Some time ago a good friend of mine gave me a few of the awesome Terminator sculpts from the Space Marine Heroes range. Decided to paint one up!
Love these models, the detail is really really high.
I have finished Ghulgoch the Butcher. I just have Fecula to paint up, then my new Warhammer Underworlds warband is ready to go!
I decided to take a break from Nurgle and Ultramarines and paint up the new Valerian and Aleya miniatures. I really like the books, so was keen to pop a bit of paint on them. I’ve also never painted a Custodian or a Sister of Silence, so thought it was as good a time as any!
I decided to do a little bit of NMM on the eagle on Aleya’s cloak, but since these will be gaming pieces, I just stuck with normal metals for these two.
Recently finished Valerian as a nice quick break from painting Nurgley things! Probably going to do Aleya next! Love these models, and the characters are very cool in the novels!
I have finished yet another miniature for my Maggotkin, this is a Lord of Afflictions. I am very close to having my base 2000 points completed. Just four Pusgoyle Blightlords to paint up then it’s done. Will need to paint up some daemons to summon though!
Pretty much finished the first Blightking bodyguard model from the Wurmspat. I need to add some tufts to the base and some goo on his… err… tail? But he is done.
With the Glottkin finished up, I have moved onto a slightly smaller, yet no less Nurgly project. The Wurmspat Beastgrave warband.
I have decided to start with Sepsimus.

I have been working on this trio of brothers for a while. I have tried a few things out on him, mainly special effects and different kinds of blending and shading. He’s been on the painting desk for a long time, but the recent self-isolation guidelines have helped speed my progress up on him!
