Space Marine Captain – Master of the Arsenal
Yet another blast from the past, this time and old metal space marine captain. This chap has been waiting for a paint job since they were first released, but here we are. If memory serves this chap is the captain of the 3rd company, which is the Master of the Arsenal. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

Home Brew Chapter – Sons of the Raven
I have been working on a few miniatures recently, with a view to designing my own chapter. And this is one such mini.
Briefly, the idea behind the chapter is that it is a Raven Guard successor chapter, and it was all but wiped out. With the arrival of the Primaris marines, the Chapter has a shot at survival. However things haven’t quite gone to plan, as many of the wargear and resources have not made it to their home world, and the Raven Guard have a history of unstable geneseed….
I am not 100% certain on the name. I chose sons of the Raven because they were allegedly wiped out, and I like the idea. But I was tempted with “Sons of the Crow”. Anyway. the basic thoughts are bumbling about in my brain.
Dark Imperium Challenge- Inceptors
Well, I just have the Ancient to paint, then I have managed to paint up the Dark Imperium set (the space marine side that is).
I have one week to go until the new edition of the game is launched! Can I do it? Lets find out! 😀
Dark Imperium Challenge – Gravis Armoured Captain
Time is ticking on, but this is the Gravis armoured captain from Dark Imperium. Loved this model since the day it came out, so I may return to it to add some more details at some point in the future.
Well, I have less than two weeks to get three inceptors painted, and the ancient. I replaced the lieutenants in the box with two limited edition ones. So close!
Dark Imperium Challenge – Hellblasters
Next up on the Dark Imperium challenge. The Hellblasters. I managed to work on these, and the Intercessors at the same time. Cutting a few corners. but able to keep the standard as high as I would like.

I have set myself the challenge of finishing off the Dark Imperium set before the new Indomitus box set comes out. This is the second squad of Intercessors, the squad of Hellblasters will be very soon after these!
Space Marine Heroes – Ultramarine Terminator
Some time ago a good friend of mine gave me a few of the awesome Terminator sculpts from the Space Marine Heroes range. Decided to paint one up!
Love these models, the detail is really really high.
Ultramarines Repulsor Tank
Well, I dislike painting tanks, so this ended up being a little sloppy. But if I want to get my Ultramarines finished this year I had to buckle down and get it done. I have two more Repulsor tanks to paint, a regular and the Executioner variant. I also have the Impulsor. My idea is to try and spread out painting them, so I don’t get too disheartened.
