I have finished Marneus Calgar and his Victrix Guard. I love all these models, but especially the Victrix Guard. I am really hoping they make a box set with more of these in them. They are fantastic to paint!

Victrix Guard
This is the first of Marenus Calgar’s Victrix guard.
I love these models, whilst Marneus is also cool, I just really like the Victrix Guard!
Marneus Calgar. Chapter Master of the Ultramarines
I recently painted up Marneus Calgar. I spent about twelve hours on the whole thing. And whilst it may be a little rough around the edges, I am pretty happy with how he turned out.
Abaddon the Despoiler – Warmaster of Chaos
Abaddon is complete. I may still go back to him and fix his belt and add some more battle damage, but I am pretty happy with how he has turned out!
I also recorded a pretty cheesy video of him, was fun to make.

I just have the sword to do and he is finished.
Granted the sword may take me a while!
Putrid Blight Kings
I have completed my “Battle Ready” Blight Kings. There’s loads more that could be done with these minis, but I have been painting them up quick (quick for me at any rate). They are a real joy to paint!

And this is the final Blight King. I am going to repaint his belly-tongue as it doesn’t stand out very well.

Slowly getting there now with Abaddon. The sword will take me a good while, and I need to do quite a bit more with the base. But he is coming together!

Slowly but surely finishing off the Warmaster. I need to add some battle damage and some other bits and pieces, but I am waiting for him to be pretty much done before adding things like that.
“Quick” Blight King Four
Finished the champion miniature for my Blight Kings unit. Love these minis, can’t wait to paint another hero for this army!

Nothing too exciting today, I have started work on his trophy rack but all of the skulls need lots more work, just put the basic colours and highlights down.
