Just a quick WIP picture of the Wight King!
Enjoying my break away from the colour red. However I am keen to work on my Word Bearers again! I have also ordered a copy of Space Hulk. So some Ultramarine Terminators will soon be heading their way to my desk!
For a little break away from my Word Bearers, I picked up something totally different!
I love undead minis, specifically the vampire count range, and with the End Times upon us I thought it would be cool to pick some up and paint some!
Starting with this fella!
Finished bikers!
Well kinda. Two of them need to have some dirt added to their wheels, but other than they are done.
Taken me much longer than usual to finish these due to real life commitments. However my next project is something slightly different to my Word Bearers!
Well, my goal to finish all three bikers may not have been reached, I have however completed the champion.
There’s a few pictures in there without the rider so people could see the bike on it’s own. I love the stretched skin over the bike seat!
I haven’t glued him to the bike yet and I need to finish the base off. Well, one down eight more to go!
More work!
Backpacks can take a hell of a long time, and are the worst thing about painting Space Marines.
Still, three bikes to go and there is something quite nice about painting bikes (at least for me!).
More work continues on my bikers! Slowly getting them done!
Sadly there’s no more humorous pictures of them in hugging positions!
Still working away at my bikers. Managed to work a little on the silver areas and made some progress with the champion.
Hoping to get these three finished (bikes included) before work begins in a week or so. The my hobby activities may slow down quite a lot!
Well, next on my list of things to do is these three bikers!
These are much quicker than the heavily detailed possessed marines I have yet to finish, so it is a much more relaxing affair!
Well, one more Possessed Marine finished!
I am not really that happy with the finished product because I don’t feel like I spent enough time on this guy. However I am pretty happy with the claw.
I may give myself a small break from the Possessed marines. I love the models but each one takes much longer than a regular marine because of all the extra details! I like committing to each one with as much focus as I can muster and I know in a week or so my painting time will be drastically reduced due to work!

Back to the possessed after this, and then some bikers!
