Another WIP pic, light is really unreliable at the moment so it’s a bit darker than I’d like.
I suddenly found myself with a rather impromptu day off today, so I am taking advantage of it and doing some painting!
Still need to tidy things up, but happy with it so far!
I had a very small window of time for painting last night, as I spent the limited amount I do have playing Borderlands 2 with my brothers!
However here is a quick pic of what I managed to get done!
The picture looks a little dark, I had to take it early this morning! I Still have to clean everything up, but made a start with the grey and the silver areas! Hoping to get more done tonight!
My next painting project!
I am trying to paint both the Space Hulk miniatures along side my Gal Vorbak! I don’t want to get bored of painting red!

Well, this guys is nearly finished!
I just need to do the base, and tidy up the claw and the parchment, and then he is done!
First Gal Vorbak mini down, four more to go!
Just waiting for the paint to dry so thought I’d take another picture and grab a coffee!

I’m still pretty nervous around this miniature, really trying to take my time with it!
Here is a quick snap of my painting table! The Gal Vorbak have been undercoated since this picture was taken, but the light has gone so no snaps!
I have to admit to being a little intimidated by these minis. The level of detail on anything forgeworld is always pretty substantial, and it tends to bring out the deficiencies of my abilities!
Still, the only way to improve is to keep challenging yourself!
Wight King has been finished!
I have one more Word Bearers biker to do, and some Gal Vorbak are sat here staring at me!
I have Space Hulk arriving next week too…
